| Alabama Math, Science, Technology Institute (AMSTI) |
Hamilton Elementary School is an AMSTI school. Our teachers received four weeks of intensive training in order to teach AMSTI lessons. The math and science kits that we are provided supply everything necessary to teach many lessons. Our children thoroughly enjoy the varied hands-on activities.

Hamilton Elementary School is an Alabama Reading Initiative School. HES teachers receive two weeks of intensive training throughout the year to learn more about new teaching strategies. A variety of activities are planned to meet the needs of all.
